  • What is the booking process to work with you?
    After you submit the enquiry form I will get in touch via email to arrange an initial call to discuss your plans and how I can help. I will then put together a proposal and quotation. After you have taken a look at the proposal, if you decide to go ahead I will send over a payment schedule and payment details. Once the initial payment is paid and the contract signed you will then be booked in. The first step after that is to arrange a venue visit.
  • How and when do we pay for your services?
    An initial payment of 25% of the total is due to secure your booking. A further payment of 50% of the total is due 6 months prior to your wedding date and the final balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. Any additions will be added to the final payment. A damage deposit of £250 is due to be paid at any point before your wedding date and will be refunded as soon as everything has been collected and checked after the day.
  • Can we meet you in person?
    Yes of course, you are more than welcome to book in a consultation at my studio at any point during the planning process.
  • Do you include a venue visit?
    Yes. Once you're booked in one of the first things we will do is arrange a venue visit to discuss your ideas and plans. I feel that this is a vital part of the process and makes it easier for everyone.
