GENERAL

To qualify entrants must like the giveaway post on Instagram, follow all contributors @willow_and_rust @fischersbaslow @helenrosephoto @inspiredfloristry @noraevebridal and @peakpatisserie, and share the post to their stories and tag @willow_and_rust. For extra entries you may tag people you think might be interested in the comments.

Entrants must be planning an intimate wedding or vow renewal with a maximum of 35 attendees (minimum 20) including the couple between January 1st 2025 and November 30th 2026. The date chosen must be available to all suppliers.

Entrants must be 18 or over.

Winner will be drawn at 8pm on September 30th

PRIZE INCLUDES

Intimate wedding venue for up to 35 people.

Table styling package and on the day set-up.

Intimate wedding photography package of 4 hours at the venue on the day.

£1000 towards a gown of your choice

2 x multiway bridesmaids dresses, colour and size of your choice

1 x Bridal bouquet and 1 x button hole, colours of your choice, constructed using seasonal flowers and foliage

FISCHERS OF BASLOW

Use of the venue for an Intimate wedding or vow renewal event, for up to 35 people but no less than 20.

Only available Sunday to Thursday from January 1st 2025 to November 30th 2026.

Food, drink and accommodation are not included, this must be arranged at an additional cost through Fischer's of Baslow.

Opportunity to discuss wedding options with Fischers of Baslow.

WILLOW AND RUST

Table styling to include:

1 hour initial consultation to go through details

30 min check in 2 weeks before the day to finalise everything

Decor and easel for welcome sign or table plan area (signage not included)

Table runners in a choice of base colours

Candlesticks in brass, wood, glass, rose gold or black

Dinner candles in white or ivory

Tea light holders and tea lights

Choice of bud vases (flowers not included)

Cream or gold charger plates if required

Set-up on the day

Take down the day after

Extra items, alternative linen colours and signage can be added for an extra charge.

HELEN ROSE PHOTOGRAPHY

4 hours of photography at the venue to cover getting ready finishing touches, ceremony, wedding party and couple shots in the grounds.

Additional hours can be added at a rate of £300 per hour.

NORA EVE BRIDAL

£1000 voucher valid for 12 months from date of issue to be used towards a wedding gown.

2 x multiway bridesmaids dresses can be ordered in any size or colour of your choice.

INSPIRED FLORISTRY

Bridal bouquet and Grooms button hole to be designed and constructed using seasonal flowers.

Bridesmaid/Maid of honour bouquets and extra button holes can be added for an additional charge.

Table florals and or ceremony florals can be added for an additional charge, a quotation will be given at time of consultation.

PEAK PATISSERIE

Single tier wedding cake up to the value of £200. A larger cake can be ordered for an additional cost.
